Affiliate Terms
The terms that govern participation in the Provyd Partner Program.
Program overview
Approved partners receive a unique referral link. Orders from researchers who arrive through that link within the 30-day attribution window are credited to the partner.
Commission
Partners earn 20% on a referred researcher's first order and 10% on every subsequent order from that account, for the lifetime of the account. Referred researchers receive 20% off their first order. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and any points-redeemed amounts.
Payouts
Commission accrues as referred orders are delivered, is reviewed and approved, then paid monthly once the balance clears a $1 minimum. Refunded or fraudulent orders are deducted from the balance.
Acceptable promotion
Partners must promote honestly and lawfully. Spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, self-referrals, and cookie-stuffing are prohibited and may result in removal and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
Changes & termination
We may modify rates, the attribution window, or terminate the program or a partner's participation at any time. Questions: support@getprovyd.com.
