Because our products are sensitive research materials, this policy explains our shipping practices and the limited circumstances in which a refund or replacement is available.
Research-use-only sales
All products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you accept that these are sensitive research materials and agree to the return limitations below.
All sales are final
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, improper storage, or opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@getprovyd.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Verified claims are resolved at our discretion by replacement, store credit, or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before a shipping label or tracking number has been generated. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
Orders are processed on business days, typically within 1–2 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders at or above the posted threshold. Products ship in discreet, tamper-evident packaging with tracking provided at dispatch. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the carrier accepts the package.
Chargebacks
Please contact us to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
