Eligibility & research-use only
By using this site and placing orders, you confirm you are at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher acquiring products for in vitro and laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use. See our Disclaimer and Research-Use policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your contact details accurate. We use passwordless one-time codes to verify sign-in.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and product availability may change. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this notice or applicable law.
Points & membership
Points and membership benefits are provided as described on the Membership page, have no cash value except as store credit, and may be modified or discontinued. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Shipping & returns
Fulfillment and return terms are described on the relevant pages. Reconstituted products are not eligible for return. Damage claims require photo evidence and are subject to review.
Limitation of liability
Products are provided 'as is' for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provyd is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or any indirect or consequential damages.
